DomainFest was a blast

4th Feb 2007 · Posted in Misc by admin ·

I am now back from DomainFestGlobal and as you might have noticed I have not been able to post anything during the event - I was just too caught up in the swing of things. And my since I also barely managed to attend any of the actual sessions, I am trying to work something out so I can bring more information to you. For me most of the important things happened in the hallways, but I can’t quite talk about all of those yet.

As for the scheduled sessions, the highlights for me were:

  • the keynote from Internet Real Estate
  • Michael Arrington’s keynote
  • Bits and pieces of “Ask the Experts” (missed some of it)
  • the video interview with Frank Schilling of Name Administration Inc.
  • Building a Business from a domain (missed some of it)

The event was well attended, there were almost 400 registered participants.

Some more coverage can be found on Peter Ejtel’s Sales Mindset and Michele Neylon’s Pensieri.

Thank you DomainSponsor for an excellent event and thank you my friends for meeting with me.
