I believe that this is only decided on March 6th. When you have access to the current auction list, you have the ability to &quot;express interest&quot; in a name via the website. The data of how many people have expressed interested will be used to help deciding which names go to the live auction and which ones will just be in the silent auction.

All the names that don&#039;t get any bids in the live auction will remain in the silent auction.
